I'm a singer, songwriter, and guitarist that has written songs and performed live for a number of years, but only a couple years ago did I put my ass in the chair (and keep it there) long enough to write some serious songs and make pro recordings of them.
I was fortunate enough to find the right musicians, a fine studio and engineers, and I also had a lot of luck along the way in self producing a first album. It was the most mentally exhausting- and most satisfying- thing I've ever done. Can't wait to get back in the studio.
